Dry stone walling at Bigbury on Sea

By Jeremy Weiss

What a beautiful day we had, in spite of the freezing wind, as we returned to Mount Folly Farm to work on Farmer John’s wall. The course was full, with lots of new faces and plenty of old ones too. John was very pleased with our work and rewarded us with lots of organic brocoli, cauliflower and carrots to take home. The next course is hedgesteeping on the 25th of November with Chris Bond but this course is now full. Please note that courses are filling up very quickly these days so if you want a place on the coppicing and charcoal making course, or on the wattle hurdles, now is the time to book!
